Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a BASE Music student to hire a guitar or bass?
No. Anyone is welcome to hire a guitar. However, if you want some music lessons (nudge nudge), you will receive a nice discount on your hire plan!
What do I do if I decide I want to buy the guitar I am hiring?
That’s very simple. Let us know that you would like to purchase your hire guitar by calling, email or any other way you can think of (not by raven or owl please). We will then instruct you on how to make the payment and bam! – the guitar is now yours.
How long will it take for my instrument to be delivered?
Deliveries are estimated to arrive in 5-7 business days from the order date. This is dependent on the courier and your location within Metropolitan Sydney. We always endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, because we know you can’t wait to get your hands on those new strings!
Do you have any left-handed guitars?
Fellow left-handers, hello! You haven’t been forgotten, don’t worry. We do stock left-handed options for most items. Please let us know if you require a left-handed guitar. Yes, the type of guitar you play does make a difference!
